THE CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT
Under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), large manufacturers and retailers that do business in California are required to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking within their supply chains. The underlying purpose of the law is to educate consumers, so they can make informed purchasing decisions. In order to comply with the law, Personal Creations makes the following disclosures:

Our direct suppliers are required to certify compliance with all applicable laws, including laws that govern human trafficking and slavery.
